
Slickwhips Brings Fulfilment Back In-House
Big news from Slickwhips HQ: we’ve officially taken our order fulfilment back in-house!
This is more than just a logistics move - it’s a commitment to excellent customer experience. By bringing fulfilment under our direct control, we can ensure every order is handled with the speed, care, and attention to detail that reflects who we are as a brand. Whether it’s a single item order or a large trader restock, we now have full oversight from the moment your order is placed to the moment it lands at your door.
Why now? Because our customers were telling us that things were slipping when it came to their ordering and delivery experience and that's NOT ok with us. We pride ourselves on our high levels of customer care, end to end, no exceptions, so we had to act fast! As we continue to expand, we have to be ready to deliver great service at pace and the only way we can guarantee that is under our roof, with our people, who care about great service!
Making this change now also means we're ready for the launch of our expanded and improved product line. If you haven't already heard, we’ve got an exciting lineup of new products now available, including our new and improved Drivetrain Degreaser, Turbo Polish with Carnauba Wax, and loads more we’ve been developing behind the scenes.
Having fulfilment in-house means we can roll these out faster, restock more efficiently, and stay more responsive to what our customers want.
We’re also buzzing to announce new partnerships with some of the UK’s top local brands and bike parks. We’re teaming up to keep pushing the limits in bike cleaning and maintenance, support on-the-ground events, and keep growing the scene from the grassroots up. It’s all about building a stronger, more connected riding culture - and doing it the Slickwhips way.
And of course, we continue to back some of the UK’s best riders across both mountain biking and motorbiking. From enduro legends to up-and-coming talent, we’re proud to support athletes who live and breathe their sport - just like we do. Their feedback helps shape our products, and their energy pushes us to keep levelling up.
So yeah, fulfillments back in-house - but really, this is about much more than shipping. It’s about our commitment to great customer experience, stepping things up, and getting even closer to the community that made Slickwhips what it is.
